Terms of Use

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

• “Pulse Neuron”, “we”, “us”, “our” means the operator of this website and publisher of the Software.
• “Website” means this website and associated pages (including privacy and terms pages).
• “Software” means the Pulse Neuron Portfolio Manager desktop application.
• “You” means any person who accesses or uses the Website and/or Software.

This Website is provided for informational, marketing, and compliance purposes relating to the Software, including product descriptions and policy pages.

You agree not to misuse this Website. Without limitation, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website’s operation or security.
• Use the Website in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Important: Pulse Neuron Portfolio Manager is a decision-support tool. It does not provide financial advice.

The Website and Software are provided for general information and decision-support only. Nothing on this Website or in the Software constitutes financial, investment, taxation, accounting, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

You are responsible for your own decisions. You should obtain independent advice from a qualified professional where appropriate, including for tax outcomes (such as capital gains tax), portfolio structuring, and compliance obligations.

Tax estimates. Tax and capital-gains figures shown in the Software are estimates computed under the tax jurisdiction you select (Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or a generic European profile). They are simplified estimates for planning and decision-support only — not tax advice — and your actual tax outcomes will depend on your personal circumstances and the law as it applies to you.

Forecasts and simulations. Forecasts, simulations, stress tests, and probability outputs (including Monte Carlo results) are hypothetical illustrations, not predictions or guarantees of future performance.

Pulse Neuron is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or financial service provider, and does not execute trades or hold assets on your behalf. Any trading activity you undertake occurs through third-party platforms you choose (for example, brokerage or exchange accounts).

References to third-party platforms are provided as examples only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

The Software may display pricing, market data, instrument information, or other content sourced from third-party providers. Third-party services may experience delays, outages, changes, inaccuracies, or limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that any market data or outputs are accurate, complete, timely, or fit for a particular purpose. You should verify critical information independently before acting on it.

Practical guidance: if you are making time-sensitive decisions, treat displayed values as indicative and confirm pricing, corporate actions, FX, and tax treatment with your broker, exchange, or professional adviser.

The Software is distributed via the Microsoft Store. Use of the Software is governed by the licence terms presented through the Microsoft Store at the time of purchase, download, or installation.

These Website Terms do not replace or override Microsoft Store licence terms and do not grant additional rights to the Software beyond those terms.

Website content, Software, and associated branding are owned by Pulse Neuron (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from this Website’s content without prior written permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this Website at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

The Software may be updated over time to improve stability, security, features, or compatibility. Some features may change, be replaced, or be discontinued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Neuron is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including financial loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of (or inability to use) this Website or the Software.

This includes losses arising from reliance on market data, calculations, forecasts, or any outputs generated by the Software.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia (and, where applicable, the laws of the state or territory in which Pulse Neuron operates), and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
